• Free UK & Ireland Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the UK and Ireland. Most UK orders arrive the next day and require a signature for added security.

• Fully Insured & Discreet Packaging: Your jewelry is fully insured during transit and arrives in discreet, unbranded packaging to maintain the element of surprise.

• Any deliveries outside of the UK and Ireland, please contact us to arrange shipping

• Standard Orders: Please allow 10–20 working days for delivery while we tailor-make your special item.

• Urgent Orders: Need something sooner? We offer a range of items with express availability (within 5 working days). Look for express items marked on individual product pages.
