NAJ Retailer of the Year Award
In April 2022, Mitchel & Co were announced as one of a handful of shortlisted finalists in the Retailer of the Year category at the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ) Awards 2022. At the Awards ceremony in June, it was announced that Mitchel & Co had won - a huge accomplishment!
What are The NAJ Awards?
The NAJ Awards are a popular way of recognising brilliance and extraordinary talent within the UK jewellery industry and highlight the retailers, brands and suppliers going above and beyond for the trade and their customers.
Despite receiving countless nominations and facing stiff competition from a broad selection of the jewellery sector, including businesses from the Jewellery Quarter and across the UK, Mitchel & Co impressed the NAJ team and secured the coveted Retailer of the Year Award, achieving an unprecedented 96% score on their submission (which is practically unheard of)!
Not only that, but the team at Mitchel & Co were visited by secret shoppers during the decision making process, meaning that NAJ assessors came to the store and deemed the Mitchel & Co service to be exceptional; another test passed with flying colours!
Winning this award is a boon to the Jewellery Quarter, bolstering the Quarter’s stellar reputation as the go-to destination for the highest quality jewellery in the UK.
